Pivot animator
Paint is good if you use all the tools at your disposal.
I like doodling in Photoshop and Illustrator because I own a Wacom drawing tablet, so I got the sensitivity controls and quick keys and stuff like that.
All are good, but I've done my best work in Paint.

I personally like paint, but I never do much complicated stuff, mostly doodles.
I've seen some real "wowzers" pulled off in mere minutes in the thing.
Life-like people, and the such.
